E-Poster Presentations:
Presenters are asked to record their presentation of 5 minutes in an MP3 format and upload their E-poster to accompany their recording. Instruction on preparing your e-poster and audio recording, MP3, below.
Instructions for the Preparation of E-Posters:
Deadline: Friday, June 19
Presenters of E-Posters will receive a dedicated link to upload their E-Posters by email.
Please submit your E-Poster as 1-page in portrait orientation. You may use a template that can be downloaded here.
Language: All E-Posters should be prepared in English.
File format: .ppt or .pptx
E-Poster size in pixels: 1080 width x 1536 height – portrait orientation
E-Poster size in cm: 38,1 width x 54,2 height – portrait orientation
Font size: ≥16
Hyperlinks, animated images and animations are not permitted for E-Posters and will be non-functioning.
E-Poster abstracts will be available in the Virtual website at all times for the participants during the Congress and in an online archive for one year following the Congress. Viewers will be able to easily find and browse E-posters and download the posters in PDF format when permitted by the presenter.
