Generally, a foreign citizen who wishes to enter the Kingdom of Thailand is required to obtain a visa from a Royal Thai Embassy or a Royal Thai Consulate-General. The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
Invitation letters for visa purposes are available only to registered participants. The option to issue an invitation letter is available within the registration process. At the end of the registration process, you will be able to generate an invitation letter, and you will also receive a confirmation email with a link to the invitation letter.
The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) is located on Rachadapisek Road, in central Bangkok and a 45- minute drive from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The QSNCC can easily be reached by using the BTS Skytrain, MRT Subway, taxi, or via Airport Rail Link through mass transit connections from QSNCC’s MRT Subway station.

The national language of Thailand is Thai. English is widely understood in Bangkok, other big cities and tourist areas.

April is one of the hottest months of the year. Light, cool clothes are highly recommended. Thin cotton is the best. A jacket or sweater may be necessary in the cool season, especially in mountainous areas in the north or northeast.
